Description:
A paper mill from the 16th Century was transformed to a hydraulic spinning mill in 1822 and got a steam engine in 1856. In 1880 the production of ropes started lasting until 1978. The building could be restored successfully as an industrial museum recording the history of rope making. A new construction was added for the museum facilities.
