Description:
PRE-MAL (Pest Research Education - Museums Archives Libraries) is a non-profit organisation working on pest issues in museums, archives and libraries, both in Sweden and internationally. PRE-MAL has organised courses in Integrated Pest Management, as well as publishing articles and books on the subject. The overall strategy of the group is to develop and spread knowledge of environmentally sustainable methods for the protection of collections, incorporating the environment outside and the museum, and the health of both staff and visitors.
