Recuperación de un palacio Islamico-Mudejar compartimentado desde el s. XVI para casa de vecinos, consolidando las primitivas estructuras, descubriendo las trazas y decoraciones originales eliminando añadidos. Se han primado los criterios arqueo lógicos y de restauracion de elementos ornamentales a la vez que se realiza una importante labor estructural para salvar el edificio de una ruina inminente.
