Description:
A new village center was created, adaptive reuse of existing buildings, the creation of a new cultural center respecting the site and the architectural elements present and the preservation of the old village core. The Old tannery was to be demolished and be replaced by a car park: it was saved and serves now as a village administration and youth center. Work involved the restoration of old buildings and a the new construction of the cultural center. Typical elements and materials of rural Luxembourg villages were retained.
