Renovation of the Janssens mansion, one of the masterpieces of the architect Paul Hankar and Art Nouveau, carefully respecting the original designs. Built 1898 by order of the painter Réne Janssens, remodelling in 1904 destroying the interior design of Hankar and the rear facade. Complete restoration work after research on the work of Hankar following his original design. Modern installations for heating, electricity and sanitary facilities were introduced.
