Description:
Between the years 1985 - 1994 the works of restoration of San Cristobal church were executed in three stages with greater public finance. The origin of the church goes back to 1145. It is one of the fews Romanesque buildings of Salamanca. When the restoration was going to start, the church was almost in ruins. Nowadays, after a slow and arduous process, the temple has been made completely into its original religious use, but it is also ready for ltttle cultural events.
