Description:
A study whose aim is to determine the open sky, or open views in all directions from within the Inner London Parks. These parks are among London's most influential and treasured cultural assets with extensive open spaces evocative of the natural world, enjoyed by millions. The most popular qualities of the parks are peace, greenery, wide open space and freedom, giving recreation from the surrounding metropolis. Conservation of these values depends on keeping the views uninterupted above the tree canopy by high-rise structures, thus the preventative aim of the study.
