Description:
The church was part of the Discalced Trinitaries' Convent and was inaugurated in 1745. In 1836 the Convent was demolished, but not the church, since the local community revolted and prevented it from being demolished. The building was restored and transformed into as Assembly and Meeting Room in the nave and the choir was transformed into a local meeting place. The remains of the vault existing in the nave were consolidated. The balconies which have disappeared from the nave were rebuilt. The existing balconies have been restored. The main façade's door, the existing windows, the wrought iron screens, the traces of gaps in the facades and the masonry and walling facings were restored.
