Description:
Restoration of the Infirmary of the Knights of St.John of Jerusalem and conversion to the "Mediterranean Conference Centre", with several assembly halls which also serve as cultural venue and exhibition centre as well as a restaurant and the necessary administration offices. A new steel roof was built over the main hall, lots of restoration work and rebuilding was done in a very short time to house the first conference. Modern installations for acoustic etc. had to be installed.
