Highly specialized craftsmen were at work for the reconstruction of the cast-iron railings of the balconies, the cast-iron decoration vases on the roofs, the imitation stone gables in the roof section, the polychrome frames on the balustrades and supports of the windows, and the polychrome treatments in the staircases. Insulation of the roofs and the new windows agree with new technical standards. New coloring of the facades following the color analysis.
