Description:
Part a: Renovation of two 15th century houses in the Old Town to provide modern residential accommodation. Renovation preserving the original materials. The houses are north-facing, and the conversion into maisonettes was made so that more light could be brought into the accommodation. Replacement of 70% of the wooden ceilings, new staircase due to fire regulations, high quality insulation. During the course of the work, a medieval fresco was discovered, which has been carefully restored.
