Restoration of a 3-storey frame-work building with basement and attic. The building was altered several times. It shows beautiful craftsman-ship with typical details from the different periods. Out of originally 4 small flats one single 3-storey dwelling was created. Preservation of the beamed ceilings and wall panels as well as the Baroque doors with molded frames.
