Restoration and conversion of an important 18th century brewery in the centre of Bath into 21 flats and six houses surrounding a landscaped courtyard. The general visual building profile should remain when viewed from west of the River Avon. Renovation of stone, re-roofing, new windows, preservation of roof lines and original forge chimney. The central part of the roof has been removed to create a landscaped courtyard.
