Restoration and conversion of 78-100 St. Michael, Bristol, a terrace on the brow of the hill of eleven late eighteenth to early nineteenth century houses listed as of architectural and historic interest, forming a vital part of the street and townscape. 27 self contained flats have been built by mainly maintaining existing fenestration and entrance doors. Special internal features have been reinstated: fibrous plaster, ceiling cornices, decorations. Back area gardens have been newly landscaped.
