Restoration of a merchant's house of the Late Gothic with structural alterations from the Baroque. As a corner house it is important for its view over the harbour. Serving now as residence. An additional level was removed and so the old ceiling height in the Kaufmannsdiele shown. The original height of the windows in the façade was rebuilt. The different epochs of the erection can be seen in the front façade.
