Description:
Restoration of a late 16th century castle to provide a centre for arts, cultural activities and communication. The restoration plan included rooms for a museum, rooms for the adult education centre as well as classrooms, play and common rooms for young people and senior citizens, rooms to house the municipal archives, rooms for the meetings of the local administration, space for the town orchestra as well as rooms for the castle restaurant. Two adjoining buildings dating from the 19th century were incorporated in the overall restoration concept.
