Description:
The disused Royal Victoria Hotel, Assembly Rooms, Corn Exchange and 6 other Grade II listed buildings have been adapted behind the existing 18th century facades into Offices, Restaurants and Shops, including the glass roofed Corn Exchange, the Assembly Rooms and Auction Hall into a Heritage Centre. Additionally new offices have been built at the rear to form a new Town Square and Craft Studios, harmonising sympathetically with the older environment. The development was undertaken in partnership with Tunbridge Wells Borough Council.
