Description:
This development has brought to life the old curved workshops and provided an amenity building of distinction. New-build continued the yellow stock and engineering brickwork of the existing workshops. The internal spaces are particularly well considered with excellent daylighting. The old cast-iron columns retrieved from nearby dock vaults were re-used to support the external covered way between new sports hall and curved activities hall.
