Description:
Restoration of 3 medieval houses to reveal timberwork. The houses were presumed to date from the 17th century, but restoration work on the timbers has shown, that they were built in 1450. The real age of the building can be proved not only from town records but also from the particular type of half-timber construction. Revealing of the timber framework, comprehensive internal restoration. The colors used in the restoration were an imitation of those used during the Baroque modernization of the houses in 1709.
