The restoration of Claremont Landscape Garden, a special example of England's gardens as one of the first manmade landscapes in the "natural" manner, contains several parts: 1) restoration of old buildings 2) new construction of visitor facilities 3) creation of a car park 4) landscaping of areas surrounding historic buildings 5) restoring the overgrown remains ot the 18th century pleasure grounds. A huge amount of restoration work has been done through the dedicated service of volunteers.
