The Millenium of the foundation of Hungarian State provided the possibility and opportunity for the revitalisation and rehabilitation of this former historical industrial area into a cultural and community centre. The 3.6 hectare site now comprises five former industrial buildings, a new parking garage and a park organised around a large free water surface.
