Relatively good technical conditions of the building of Slovak Saving Bank LTD., cultural monument of important national significance, along with many originally preserved unique architectural, art and craft artifacts determined the way of the whole global restoration, which has been carried out in 1997 - 1999. The highest goal of the restoration was not only to restore the building itself as an important valuable masterpiece but also to keep and preserve its authentic form and genius loci of traditional banking structure from the beginning of the 20th century.
