Rehabilitation of an eclectic building, originally built in 1896 as a concert-hall and cabaret then converted into a cinema, as the National Film Theatre. In addition to preserving the richly decorated interior, the dysfunctional characteristics originating from subsequent reconstructions sere corrected and streamlined. Installation of modern technology, ventilation and plumbing systems. Placement of two new viewing rooms of 60 seats each under the present auditorium in the cellar.
