Description:
Built in 1742, vacant since 1974, this half-timbered building, constructed originally to house a sailmaker on the ground floor and to create sail-making workshops on the 2nd and 3rd floors, has been restored to its original appearance. The outer walls have been reconstructed using old timber from demolished buildings and cleaning all the bricks. Same work was undertaken with the roof. Renovation of the interior including paneling and baroque doors. Replacement of windows in old style. The building serves now as conference centre and headquarters for a pharmaceutical company.
