The Church (1704) and the State prison (1725) at the Citadel (Kastellet) have been restored carefully according to the original exteriors and interiors. It was necessary to repair the whole ensemble, which was in a very bad condition, because the roof timber-construction as well as a part of the walls was attacked by dry-rot.
