Complete reconstruction and restoration of convent buildings, dating from 18th century, and church, affected by dry rot and imminent structural collapse. Structural reinforcement with steel frame to the church, brick vault had to be replaced by steel and timber construction, restoration and reinstatement of unique Spanish leather wall-covering. All plaster work was reconstructed. As much wooden doors and window surrounds salvaged as possible and re-used.
