Description:
Restoration and modernisation of 16th to 18th century derelict cottages forming an authentic townscape with a central area. The restoration is important because of the neighbouring castle and attractive area. Introduction of the motor car in the scheme without disruption. Out of 15 dwelling houses, 8 units in suitable sizes were created with suitable room heights reached by excavating the floors.
