The restoration of a late 17th century country house of English Palladian design which had fallen into a state of advanced decay. Extensive research was carried out for the restoration work of the exteriors, the service buildings and the landscaping of the estate, as well as for the collections of furniture and art work in its interiors. Visitor facilities have been added in the stables.
