The two years restoration works aimed the maintaining of architectural style, both outside and inside: - restoration of roof and timber - reduction of the inside humidity - restoration of the mosaic floor in the hall - wooden false ceiling was repaired and painted with a preservative liquid - two exterior shutters have been changed according to the original design - preservation of some frescoes with motives of popular art - precautions have been taken to secure the preservation of the exhibits (isolating, lighting, security, object display)
